Valentin Chuev received the regional Shukhov Prize

This year, Valentin Chuev became the winner of the Vladimir Shukhov Prize, 1st degree, in the nomination “Innovations in the field of bioengineering and nanotechnology technologies.” Preservation and development of the scientific and technological potential of our region is one of the priorities today. For this purpose, the Vladimir Shukhov Prize was established in 2017, which was supposed to stimulate the research activities of Belgorod scientists. It is awarded annually for the best achievements in the fields of scientific and technological progress, development and practical implementation of patents and inventions. Over the course of 7 years, VLADMIVA’s employees were among the most worthy four times and became laureates of the Shukhov Prize. In 2018, the prize was awarded to two of our colleagues: the head of the central plant laboratory, Vera Posokhova, who created osteoplastic biomaterials, and the chief engineer of the pilot plant, Nikolai Zavalishchev, who established technological processes for the serial production of six types of products. In 2019, technical director Andrey Buzov received an award for organizing the production of innovative import-substituting composites for dentistry. This year, the Shukhov Prize, 1st degree, was awarded to Valentin Chuev, Candidate of Medical Sciences and Development Director of CCU VLADMIVA LLC. It turned out to be the best in the category “Innovations in the field of bioengineering and nanotechnology technologies.” Valentin Chuev has developed and tested a line of materials for restoring the structural integrity of bone defects. It is worth noting that materials from the Bioplast-Dent paste line have no analogues on the domestic market. VLADMIVA’s regular achievements in the scientific field confirm the indispensability of our products not only for Russian, but also for foreign partners.
